Dead Landline
As the title says, my landline is dead. It worked fine when the engineer visited to finish the setup (Feb 28th) and the line continued to work fine up until at least last Friday (March 14th). Who can I contact to get this problem sorted? Internet speeds are great but I'm far from impressed with the level of incompetence I've seen from Virgin so far as an IT engineer myself.
