does anyone know how I book an engineer to fix a landline fault? I've tried the telephone which only lets you cancel or reschedule, then kicks me off. I've also tired the website; but I am going round in circles. I've registered a complaint but that takes 28 days to resolve! I have a vulnerable person in the household so need it up and running. Grateful for any guidance. Thanks
Im having the same issue, I cannot book an engineer. When going through the help pages about my landlines, and then going further to fix the issues, the only icon that doesn't work is the order or manage appointments one, and this is the one I need. I feel Virgin Media are deliberately disabling this feature to stop people from booking appointments, especially considering how disgustingly delayed and incompetent the customer service staff have been.
Then I turn to the community forum and it won't let me post a question just search or reply!!!!
