Can make calls but not receive on digital phone

My digital phone has been working fine but today I can make calls but if I call my number I get the message - it has not been possible to connect your call?

How can this be fixed?

    A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise that you're currently unable to receive incoming calls on your landline.

    We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting some customers and are working as quickly as possible to get this issue resolved.

    In the meantime, please can we ask if you have rebooted your hub and tried calling your landline from an alternative number again.
