We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting some customers and are working as quickly as possible to get this issue resolved.
In the meantime, please can we ask if you have rebooted your hub and tried calling your landline from an alternative number again.

Thank you I’ve rebooted hub and seems to be working now. For your information your link for help https://virg.in/fixlandline does not work comes up with an error page.
