Calling a virgin landline - Ringtone had changed

Since my landline switched over and now plugs into my router, those calling me have mentioned that the ringtone now sounds like an international call with a long ring rather than the traditional Brit...

I’m having the same problem but what’s more annoying is I no longer get caller ID it just displays “withheld “. 😡

Exactly same issue! I wonder if it's a regional gremlin? I'm in west midlands.
