There is a very long standing gripe that VM UK changes between Summer & Winter times  on the telephone via the Hub service on the USA weekend and not the UK/EU weekend which are 1 week apart.

The time & date info for the phone is delivered ( in the Caller ID data ) i.e. when the phone is ringing, if you connect the alternate phone and call it you may see it change & become 1 hour out just like your phone.

By breakfast time on Sunday morning this issue will vanish for another 6 months.

Remember your phone will only update the time during the start of an in bound call,
so on Sunday morning use your mobile & call the home phone let it ring 2 or 3 times & then hang-up to correct the time.

Expect the same to occur again in 6 months as we return to Summer time.

      Hi jasonu

Welcome back to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with the time showing on your caller ID information.
Please can you try this again on Sunday, the 2 November, to see if you get the same issue with the time being 1 hour out.

Keep us posted with how you get on, and we can investigate further should you need.

Hardly a surprise, the USA changes to Winter time on the 2nd of Nov this year.

Ring your home phone at breakfast time on Sunday the 2nd November 2025,
then time in the VM Hub's Caller ID info should re-align with UK Winter time.
