Caller Display Not Working
Hi
I need some help please!
My caller display is not working. My phone goes through my router. I have re-booted this & still no such luck.

Sorry to see your caller display does not work currently, could we please kindly ask for more details on this so we can best help?
Has your line been switched to the line via fibre recently and was the caller display working after the migration to our fibre optics network and before this issue came up?
Also, is the issue present on every call or a certain group of numbers calling in perhaps (such as mobile numbers only etc)?
Please, share more on the above and we're eager to assist you.

Yes my line has been switched to fibre recently.
While I was connected to land line the caller display was always working with no problems.
It was working intermittently once switched to router, but now it doesn’t show on any call no matter who calls. Whether this is from a land line or mobile.
Do you need anymore information??

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Mine also has this issue, noticed it first a couple of days ago, mine was switched over to fibre a couple of weeks ago, has yours now been fixed?

No this issue has still not been resolved yet ☹️
This may be helpful. My call blocker stopped working after the phone line was switched to the router. The call blocker uses a standard dial-up modem and some software. I eventually fixed this by using a different modem and my conclusion is that the format of the caller ID message from the router is different to the previous format from the wall socket. The modem I use now did not work with the wall socket line but is working perfectly now.
