CALL WAITING

I HAVE BEEN A DISABLED CUSTOMER FOR OVER 24 YEARS, AND HAVE THE CALL WAITING FEATURE , UNFORTUNATELY THE RECORDED VOICE THAT A PERSON DIALLING INTO MY PHONE USED TO RECEIVE A RECORDED MESSAGE IF I WAS ON ANOTHER CALL STATING 'THE PERSON YOU ARE CALLING KNOWS YOU ARE WAITING'. FOR SOME REASON AND NO ONE AT VIRGIN SEEMS TO KNOW WHY, THEY NO LONGER RECEIVE THE MESSAGE. WHY IS THIS PLEASE?

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your call waiting, can I ask if you have recently moved the phone from a wall connection to the a fibre connection at the Hub? Or have you had a package change recently?
