Waiting for phone adapter...
I upgraded my package to keep the landline (transfer from Sky) and was informed that the adapter was being sent out. Then on 9th December I received this text message:
"We regret to inform you that your delivery has been delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact delivery date at this time but are working to get your order to you as soon as possible."
Since then I've heard nothing... I really need this landline activating, as my elderly mother uses it to arrange and receive hospital appointments.
Please advise.
