Call divert charges on anytime chatter
Hi,
Just wondered if anybody can clarify as I've had a bad experience with call divert in the past.
I've just set it up to forward calls to my mobile number. I've double checked my package and I have Anytime Chatter - so in theory calls received to my landline, diverted to my mobile, shouldn't cost me anything as long as they're under 60 minutes?
I'm only asking because I've had call divert before and was charged for all calls. I had a bill of nearly £300 for one month and cancelled it. I don't recall whether I had Anytime Chatter at the time but I've never had a conversation with Virgin about adding Anytime Chatter or requested it so as far as I'm aware I've always been on it.
Has anyone had any experiences of call diverting whilst on the Anytime Chatter package and do you get charged for calls that are under 60 minutes?
Thanks!
Hi gfcun
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
If you're on the new Anytime Chatter, then you do the diversion to the mobile, then as long as it's a call within your plan and only last 59 minutes and 59 seconds, you'll not be charged. Our call costs can all be found here - virginmedia.com/callcosts.
Best wishes.
