All landline numbers says temporarily unavailable
Every landline number I ring from my virgin landine say "this number is temporarily unavailable " ....but mobile numbers are fine done an equipment test and says its OK?

Hi Taffytone just a quick thought. Do all the landline numbers, you're calling usually not require a dialling code? If so, (and sorry for any inconvenience) would it be possible to try calling one of those numbers using the dialling code? I know you should not have to, I just want to see if that works, for our understanding.
