1571 not working

Hi

i recently added landline phone which works fine apart from 1571 - it just rings continuously and 1571 does not trigger - i have  recorded a message and activated but it does not go to message

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community Forums 🙂 Sorry you're having this issue with your landline voicemail! 

    If you've recently added the landline to your package the process of setting it up may still be ongoing, can I ask when you set up your landline please? 

    Also, voicemail is something you request to be added, do you remember asking for this feature to be included?

      The landline started 2 weeks ago.  I have voicemail as part of contract.
