Virgin Tv Go requires device replacement every time I log in on laptop or iphone

Whenever i log into virgin tv go on my iphone or laptop (both registered devices) it requires me to replace the device even if i watch something on it the day before. This has been happening for months and have seen lots of other people with the same issue. Please can you help, this is very frustrating especially as I have used the three changes this month.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV Go application. Do you clear the cache and cookies from your browsers and applications when you close them? Are you able to check if your applications are set to do this? The way that TV Go operates it needs the cookies to stay once you have registered the device because if they don't you will need to add a new device every time you use the TV go application. We can reset the changes from here if you'd like us to do that?
