Virgin TV Go on windows laptop or iphone keeps losing internat connection

Virgin TV Go on windows laptop or iPhone keeps losing internet connection.   Only Virgin TV Go keeps losing connection. Any other app both on Laptop and iPhone dose not lose connection I can also watch Sky Sports via Virgin log on and that works. Only when I use actual Virgin TV Go does it say after a few minutes of playing 'NO Connection'.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the connection being lost via TV Go. Can you expand further on what you're watching when this issue happens? Is it live TV or are you watching On Demand Content? 

    Are you connecting via 4G, WiFi or through an ethernet cable?
