Virgin TV Go - sky sports

Need some help with device management. 

Specifically using Virgin on the Go then sky sports (I have the full tv package).

I've got virgin on the go on my ipad and my iphone.

Works fine. 

So I have 3 devices left that I can register  for 'on the go'.

I am trying to set up another ipad in exactly the same way.  I've got the virgin on the go app and skysports app on the ipad.  I can see the ipad name under device management.  So if I go to Virgin on the Go then select sky sports channel I get this message:

 

'Device Limit reached'

Please contact your service provider to manage your devices'

what does this actually mean as I have not registered 5 devices on my account.  I am confused!

    It does look like the devices have been reached and we can reset this for you.

  • Hi, to whoever can help me with this..I am having the same trouble as the comments above,regarding device limit reached,when I change to sky sports app. I only have 2 devices registered. Thanks in advance

      Also just to add to thisโ€ฆI can watch all available channels in virgin app,which is telling me I only have 2 devices registered,my iPad,and another tablet, still have 3 slots if wanted, yet as soon as I get switched to sky sports app,itโ€™s telling me device limit reached. Iโ€™m going to need them over the weekend,as Iโ€™m away from home

        You have up to 5 different compatible devices signed up to the TV Go service and use the app at one time, with the ability to make adjustments to registered devices 3 times in one month. You will have to then keep the cookies on the device (laptop/PC/Ipad) or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of the available changes.
