Virgin TV Go - sky sports
Need some help with device management.
Specifically using Virgin on the Go then sky sports (I have the full tv package).
I've got virgin on the go on my ipad and my iphone.
Works fine.
So I have 3 devices left that I can register for 'on the go'.
I am trying to set up another ipad in exactly the same way. I've got the virgin on the go app and skysports app on the ipad. I can see the ipad name under device management. So if I go to Virgin on the Go then select sky sports channel I get this message:
'Device Limit reached'
Please contact your service provider to manage your devices'
what does this actually mean as I have not registered 5 devices on my account. I am confused!
