Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached - Recurring Problem

I currently have all 5 of my registered devices set up on my Virgin TV GO, categorized and listed. I mainly use Virgin TV GO on my iPhone, which works fine for a day, but then I keep getting the message: 'You have reached the maximum number of devices that can be registered.'

I've re-registered my iPhone with TV GO, but the issue persists, and now I can't register my device until next month after my three attempts?  This issue has been happening over the last 3-4 months. Can someone help fix this for me?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your device needing to be re-registered. This can happen if you've done any recent software updates. It also happens if you've deleted any cache or cookies. We can reset the devices for you however we are about to close for a few days for Christmas. 

    Hopefully you'll see this before we do, I've sent you a direct message to get some details from you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
