Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached - Recurring Problem
I currently have all 5 of my registered devices set up on my Virgin TV GO, categorized and listed. I mainly use Virgin TV GO on my iPhone, which works fine for a day, but then I keep getting the message: 'You have reached the maximum number of devices that can be registered.'
I've re-registered my iPhone with TV GO, but the issue persists, and now I can't register my device until next month after my three attempts? This issue has been happening over the last 3-4 months. Can someone help fix this for me?
