Virgin tv go - can’t watch 360 box recordings on my iphone

Question

Whenever I try to stream recordings from my 360 box (on my iPhone) I get the attached error messages. My iPhone is on the same WiFi network as my box (I am in the same room). Please help

Sorry to see you're having some issues watching your recordings, can you confirm if you've tested this on a different device?
Will it allow you to watch the recordings fine through the TV?

Do you have Private Relay on the iPhone?&nbsp; This may cause the app to think you are outside the UK and stop the playback?

Hi Dazzag80 thanks for your reply.
If you could answer Adduxi's message we can take things from there. Also being connected to a VPN can cause this message to occur too, hope this helps.

It's quite possible that this content is being restricted to be used on applications from the broadcaster.
Do any other programmes from other broadcaster struggling to play for you?
