Virgin to go - too many devices

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. To remove a device, please do the following;

 

Go to the website: Open your web browser and go to virgintvgo.virginmedia.com.
Log in: Sign in to your account.
Find device management: Navigate to the "Settings" or "Account Settings" section, then look for a "Devices" or "Device Management" option.
Remove the device: Select the device you want to remove and choose the "Remove Device" or "Unregister" option
