The only way I can watch programmes on my iPhone is if 360 box is turned on if it is turned off I can’t watch anything it just says
TV box could not be reached
Connecting to your Virgin TV box is only possible if your device is connected to the same home network as your Virgin TV box.
how can I resolve this
For recordings on your box, these can only be watched on your phone as the box acts as a mini server and both must be on the same VM home network.
Make sure the box is set to "active start" or "fast start" in the power settings, or the Horizon server cannot access the recordings on the box hard disk while in standby mode.

Please can you confirm if you are getting any error codes or messages at all?
Also are the cables secure in the back of the box?
Both the box and phone should have a good connection to the hub (ideally box by Ethernet cable and phone with strong WiFi signal).
