Unable to watch VirginTV on the go

I have installed the TV on the go app and cannot watch as when requested to log in with My Virgin Media username and password email the app says Weve sent you an email with a link. When I click the verify its me button the link results in an Error message This request has epired or is invalid. Return to the application process and restart the process. 

The problem just keeps repeating over and over again.

      Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with accessing TV GO. Are you able to log in to other Virgin Media pages and applications with the same details?

        Hello Steven_L,

        No other services are affected, I can log into MyVirginMedia with no problems and use my e-mail mail from there, for example.
