Hi there - it’s been a while :)
I have been asked to sign in by my Virgin Go app and when I put my log in details in, it says the password is wrong. When I ask to verify another way, it says an email has been sent to one of my email accounts but I don’t get the email. The same thing happens when Itry to log in online. Then I get a “too many attempts” message and I am blocked from trying for a while.
I’m worried.
