I'm also unable to watch (using Chromebook laptop). I'm getting this
I've logged out, back in (using VM log in of course), cleared browser history and cache, checked for updates, everything. Its ok on my phone (Google Pixel) but just won't work on the laptop again (been here before but something was fixed and it was fine until recently).
Come on VM - work this out and let us know
By the way, I'm able to watch Virgin TV Go without problem. Its just the Sky channels
The only Sky Sports channels that you should be able to watch on TVGo are Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Mix, and Sky Sports Racing.
All other Sky Sports channels should show a redirection pop up with a link highlighted in red that says 'Exit to watch'. This should then take you to the Sky Sports app to open the channel you selected. (If you haven't got the Sky Sports app on your device then you will need to download it)
The red 'exit to watch' takes me to the Sky Sports app, which tells me to 'get Sky Sports to watch this live' - but I have Sky Sports in my package already.

If you can't download the Sky Sports app you should always be able to watch using Chrome.
Just to make things clear, I quoted TV GO in the original post, but it is of course the Sky Sports app that isn't allowing me to watch Sky Sports channels - although I stress again, weirdly it still works on my (Google) phone, but not on my Chromebook
