Hi Akua,
I am unable to login to TVGo or VM Connect, my equipment was installed on the 24th July. Is it possibly an account issue as I had a previous account cancelled? I've tried multiple browsers and it still doesn't work.
I am also unable to see my Virgin Media account online.

Thanks for the update on this, if you are using the same details from your old account on your new account as the accounts have not been merged you will not have access to new account facilities. So that we can take a further look into this we would need to bring you in for a private message.

Welcome back to our forums, and sorry to hear you are having issues with your TVGo login. We can understand the inconvenience caused, and we want to best we can. Just to confirm, do you also get the same issue when using the browser version? Also, when was the last time you were able to log in? Do you get issues when accessing your my VM account?
