TVGO sign in problem

The virgin tv go app won't let me sign in, I click on sign in, and it shows me the red virgin tv go screen but nowhere to sign in then loops back to the page asking me to sign in?

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV go sign in page. Have you received any error messages when trying to login? Are you trying to login with your primary email account?

      Hi it goes to the red screen with the virgin sign but there isn't a login option just a full, screed of red and the v logo. Thanks

      What's happening when you try to access your TV Go account via a browser here? Is it allowing you to sign in that way?

      Are you using a VPN at all, or made any internet security customisations? Such as extensions or hub setting changes.  

      If not, please can you clear your cache and cookies from the device, reboot the device and try again. Keep us posted with how you get on.
