TV Go won’t work
Hi, haven’t been able to use TV Go for months. Either on the App or by using a web browser. Have tried multiple devices (Apple, Android, laptops, Chrome,Edge etc). Have contacted Virgin several times, raised as a complaint twice (got nowhere each time). Using the correct login details, as able to login in to My Virgin. But get same issues each time with tv go. Will either give the “Sorry Service Not Available At this Time.” Or, it will just loop back to the “Sign in” screen. At wits end with it, as each time contact Virgin, get passed around and it never gets resolved. Any suggestions would be welcome
