TV Go not working

Go to watch something asks me to log in and then just loops back round to then ask me to login again. A continual loop.

Go to sky to log in via the virgin log in and get error message

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues logging in to watch Sky content. Just to confirm, have you set up a VM O2 ID? If not, you will need to do this first. You can find help on that here

    If you have already done this, are you able to log in to My VM successfully or do you have issues there too?

  • Why is it that we tell you there is an issue, you say you will raise a ticket last sunday and still today virgin tv go is not working. I go to log in and just go round in continual circles. Try to go and log into sky sports and get an access denied message when press the virgin media logo. WHAT IS GOING ON

      Sorry to hear about these issues with your VMO2 ID, and subsequent TV GO access. 

      We need to identify where the root cause of your issue is, so we can then offer troubleshooting steps to get it resolved. For example, if you are unable to login to your online VM account, then this may be causing the issues with TVGO / Sky App access. 
      If you can please get back to us about the question asked by my colleague Kath - 

      Have you set up a VM O2 ID?  If you have already done this, are you able to log in to My VM successfully or do you have issues there too?

        We have had a login for years, and it worked fine till you merged the old NTL accounts with O2, since then it has been a nightmare with everything. None of us can log in

  • Had a virgin login in for years and it used to work, but you merged ntl and virgin accounts and ever since everything has been an absolute nightmare and stuff not working or not being able to log into stuff

  • Iโ€™m having exact same issue on my iPhone - every time I use app it says device isnโ€™t registered meaning I run out of devices I can register after 3 times each month - so frustrating
