TV go not picture but I get sound on windows PC

Hi,

I get the following error message on TV GO 

Any ideas , I have tried uninstall and re-install and deleting devices still no good

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with playing content via TV Go on your Windows PC. Is this happening when attempting to play anything or just certain programmes/channels?

    Do you get the same issue when using another browser or device?

    We are crystal ball gazing here ...

    To send sound to the TV via an HDMI cable I have to set the Sound >> Playback device to be the HDMI audio device of the graphics adaptor in the laptop / PC control panel.

    The lack of video ... exactly how is the computer connected to the TV - i.e. is it via an in built HDMI socket or is it via some kind of external USB to HDMI adaptor ( that perhaps lacks HDCP video encryption ) ?
