TV Go issues

I am struggling to get the virgin tv go app to work. 
coming up with: not allowed, sorry this programme is blocked on this device due to copy right restrictions. 
have uninstalled app & reinstalled & not working. 
won’t work through gigaclear wifi but if I hotspot it does work. 
gigaclear say nothing to do with them & they don’t have any restrictions. 
Is there anyone that can help please?

    Is this happening on a specific programme or channel? If so, which ones?

    Are you in the UK, and are you using a VPN?

      Thank you for responding. 
      It happens on any channel through the virgin tv go app. On my phone & iPad, when I’m connecting to someone else’s WiFi. 
      I am in the uk.

    Do you have the same problem when using mobile data?

    You mentioned in your first post that this only occurs when using a Gigaclear connection. Can you check the IP that's being allocated using a site such as https://www.whatismyip.com/ - where does it geographically locate to?

      When I switch to mobile data/hotspots it works fine.

      Hi there, I have a similar issue and was working fine. I have just changed my ISP from Virgin, and now get this message. I have done where is my IP search and identifies it in the center of London, so a bit confused as to why I'm now getting this message - please help
