Sorry to hear you're having similar issues accessing TVGO.
Are you running any third-party networking equipment at all? Such as a third-party router?
Please can you try doing a full reboot of both the TV360, routers and your Android tablet to see if this resolves the issue.
Keep us posted with how you get on.
I don't have any third party devices - just a Virgin Hub 5 + pods. The suggested reboot of everything hasn't changed the situation. I was formerly able to use the tablet to access recordings before the switch to 360 and Hub 5.

Do you also get the 'Only available at home' message?
What content are you trying to view? Recordings or live-streamed broadcasts?
Some shows, especially sports, have specific viewing restrictions that prevent them from being viewed outside your home network.

When I click on Saved I get a list of all recorded programs of various types but when I click on any of them it is labelled 'Only on Virgin TV box'.
