Tv go app, not connecting
I’m having a continuous issue with the TV Go app. Whenever I try to watch a recorded programme on my ipad it won’t connect to the tv box “turn on virgin tv box” (despite the box being on). The same when I try to use the app to watch a recorded programme on the tv “your virgin media tv box must be online for this to work”. I have tried the usual - restarting box/app, update app, turn ipad off and on. Any help would be appreciated.
