Tv Go App Device Registration

So, just got Virgin installed this morning.  Installed and launched the Tv Go App and attempted to register my device.  Error message saying ‘We can’t play this at the moment 1003’

It won’t register my device!

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your TV GO, can you confirm if you have followed the steps given by our website here, this should provide you further information with regards to the error you are getting.
