tv go and sky sports log in

Hi all

I am sure this is the same issue that lots are having.

Trying to log into TV Go and/or Sky sports app.

Saing supply a secondary email to varify and when I do that I verify but just keeps sending me back to same process again.

This has been ongoing for a WEEK OR TWO.

Any ideas?

      Can we ask if you've tried another Web browser?

      Are you using a VPN?

      Are you able to log in through the App here 

      Can you also have a look at the help listed here please?

        Hi

        No VPN

        I have linked VM and 02 accounts successfully (this is when the issue started)

        I can access both apps via laptop, iPad, iPhone. 

        I can even access TV GO through firefox on my android tablet. (I,E the desktop version)

        But neither of the Android apps work

        For Sky Sports APP i can input my email via the VM portal but when i hit next to get to the password part all i get is  ACCESS DENIED

        For TV GO again i can input the email address then when i hit next it hangs then says Ooops please try again in a few minutes.

        I have cleared cache etc, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but nothing works.

        This ALL began when I as well as others, linked the two accounts.

        As you can see there are a good few people on here now not able to access either app on Samsung/Android tablets.

        There is clearly an issue!

         

  • UPDATE

    After 48 hours I can now login to both apps on android tablet!.

    Looks like your tech teams have been busy 👍🏼
