Tv go - Not available to play error

Trying to watch tv go on a device that I have just managed to register.  Keep getting message Not available sorry we can't play thus st tge moment 0. I have cleared cache but still can't watch anything.

      I had been watching on Samsung Galaxy tab s6 lite until a month or so again. Over the last month or so I have been getting the message.  The software is up to date and I have cleared the cache too.

      Thanks for the update on this betty05, this is good news. We do not know what has changed, there may of been a firmware update.
