Tv control not displaying in app
When I select tv control and connect to lounge box the app displays the error message “Another app is currently playing on your TV box”. Does anyone know how I can solve this.
- Which set top box do you have? - If you have a V6 box, you'll need to set the standby settings on your box to either Connected Low Power or Always On so it can interact with the TV Control app. - If you have a TiVo box, you’ll need to connect the box to your Hub, as the app connects to your box over the internet - If you have either a TV360 or Stream box you need to use the TVGo app.
