too many devices on vmgo

I am having a problem with TVGO device registration after  on Win11. Each time I open TVGO using edge it registers as a new device. I also tried Mozilla and Chrome and had the same issue and now I've used all my device changes. Only 18th month and can't watch Virgin on my laptop. I have seen that the number of changes can be reset, which I would like but also how to stop each login being treated as a different device. I am 80 this year and non techy so plain speaking help would be appreciated.

    Hi john_clery, 

     

    Thank you for providing us with this information! Please refer to the link below which should allow you to delete all previous devices ( logins ) and therefore allow you to use the TVGO app as normal.

      Thank you but when I go into the link it does not give me the option of deleting a device, merely changing its' name. The problem is that every time I login it treats it as a new device therefore it only takes 3 logins in a month and I can no longer view Virgin on line. Any help appreciated.
