Tablet - can't play error message

Hi, can you help me get virgin playing on my tablet?

Keep getting Sorry - can't play this at the moment 0

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with the TV GO app via your tablet. 

    There's lot's of handy information on how to use TV GO here 👉 https://virg.in/tvgohowto including which devices, software and browsers are supported. Can you please check if your device's set up is included?

    Can we also check, are you trying to use the service in the UK?

    We'd recommend trying to delete and re-install the app to see if this fixes anything. 🤞

    I will check the how to use guides. I am trying to use the service in the UK. Will delete and re-install the app and then get back to you.

  • OK just reinstalled the app onto my tablet which is registered on Device management but when i try and play a live show its says "You have reached the maximum number of devices etc etc
