Sorry we cant play this at the moment 0

Will be filing a complaint regarding this. I've been unable to use Virgin TV go in my browser for over a month, despite paying over £100 a month. 

No extensions running, tried multiple browsers and downloaded the app. Any solutions? All the other forums have nothing and the advisors end up PM'ing OP.

    Welcome to our forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with accessing TV Go on your browser. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to help. Just to confirm, do you get the same error when accessing it on the app? Do you also get this error on all channels? Does this occur when you are connected to a home network or mobile data? Please get back to us when you can and we will do our best to help.

      Hi Akua,

      I'm still getting the error unfortunately. It happens on all channels, I'm able to hear the audio however I'm only able to see the error. My PC is wired through an ethernet so I wouldn't access through mobile data.

      I've also downloaded the desktop app which doesn't work either...

  • I'm guessing the issue is related to the player being bugged. After clearing my cache I'm asked to replace the device even though my device is already listed. It also states I have '0 changes remaining' 

    Complaint will be logged tomorrow

      Hi JamesFLetcher1, 

      Thanks for coming back to us on this. When deleting the cookies and cache, the device will no longer be recognised as it uses cookies. Whilst the device remains registered, it will appear as though you're using a different device due to this. 

      As it's a new month, the device changes should have reset for you now to replace one of them. If you have further issues though, let us know and we can reset things from here.

      As you have another device registered, are you getting the same issue/error on there or is it only with your PC?
