I am trying run Virgin TV Go using Chrome. I login using the Web based access , I can view the menu fine but when I select a channel I get the error - Sorry we can't play this at the moment 0.
The app work fine on my ipad and iphone.
Please could someone from Virgin assist.

Sorry to hear of the confusion around the TV Go app and the content available, we appreciate you querying this via the forums and welcome to the community.
With the TV Go services, there can be restrictions on content due to licensing and copyright requirements, these are usually Live Sports events to help prevent any reproduction or sharing of the event but they should still be available via the set top box.
Which content were you trying to watch via your desktop? Did you experience any problems with the same content via the set top box at all?

I get the error message whatever I try to watch on my windows desktop. I want to watch TNT . It’s not the app by the way I run this on my desktop from the Virgin Media web site. The TV box works as does the app on my iPhone and iPad.
I have been watching sports via Virgin media on the desktop for years , this is a recent issue and one that others are reporting. I no longer get a picture but sometimes get sound.
