Hi, no VPN and tried on another laptop in the same room at the same time which worked fine.

Are you using the same browser on both devices? If not please try using the same one as the one that's working on the other laptop. Also make sure that the browser is up to date.
You should also make sure you haven't got anything open that can record the screen or take screenshots such as the windows snipping tool app, chat windows, teams etc

I am having exactly the same issue. None of the above have corrected the issue. Using the web player not the app.
