Sky Sports Web Player

I am currently - and been for sometime - unable to watch sky sports via the webplayer.

 I can login via VMO2. But when i click "continue" to watch via web player it opens, then it waits, then closes. 

I've cleared the cahce, deleted all history, uninstalled the player, reinstalled the player. It has been like this since I had to link the VM and O2 accounts.

I can watch on my mobile, but this isn't much use when watching the test match when travelling around the country! 

Any help appreciated!!!!
