Sky Sports Sign In

Since moving to a passkey rather than a password for signing in to VM, it's been impossible to sign in to Sky Sports on the laptop or the phone because the Sky Sports sign in screen asks for a password rather than providing the option to use the passkey. There must be a way of dealing with this! If someone knows how I'd be grateful to know. Thanks.

    Thanks. I tried a slightly different route and signed in on the landing page for Sky Sports rather than going to the 'watch' tab for channels and it worked perfectly. I was then able to open channels without any further problems.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with logging in to Sky Sports. You'll need to disable the passkey option and sign in using your My VM log in details instead. Once this is done, you should then be able to log in using the same details for Sky Sports. Make sure you're selecting the option to log in with Virgin Media before entering the details though.
