sky sports not wirking on virgintvgo

morning , up until recently i have been able to watch sky sports live on my i phone 13 abd i pad  however now when i try to watch via virgin tv go it tells me to exit virgin tv and watch via sky sports , when i am directed to sky sports  app it says i need to subscribe , their is no link to virgin media on my sky sports app , i have spent 4 hrs over 2 days speaking to virgin technical without any succes , often left on hold and forgotten about completely ,i have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps without any success , any suggestions please , thank you
