sky sports logon issue

Like so many on this forum i cannot logon.

I goto the sky page @ https://skyid.sky.com/signin/sports?successUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.skysports.com%2Fwatch

I click the button to logon as Virgin media customer and it immediately returns

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.

I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge, all the same.

Cookies etc cleared, not that it should be that given its different browsers all with the same error.

I am able to logon to the TVGO app and virgin media account website.

How can i fix my access to sky sports. This only happened since you changed your federated logons, i don't think its an issue with my system.

    Happening to me.. just now.. 
    Only in Edge.... if I use Firefox I am in.. 
    Wont panic for now... will give it some time to see if it fixes itself (sky issue?)

      Since it only issue on Edge, I took a closer look.
      Looks like it a browser cache issue... normally when I press the "log in" button it immediately log in, without me needing do anything, so using cached info.
      But looks like that corrupted, so web site SHOULD have just prompted me to readd id and password, but it didnt, it just bombed out per this thread.
      Clearing browser cache, sorted it... and meant I was prompted for id and pass, and it let me in and working just fine now.

    Please make sure you have linked your account together using the new ID process we rolled out in July.

    Also whilst this is happening please use Bing to login in. That is the Browser. Cheers
