Sky sports app

Hi I am trying to log into sky sports with virgin and its asking me to set a pin yhen telling me it cant do my pin try later. This is happening on mulitple devices

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with accessing your Sky Sports app. 

    Are you subscribed to Sky Sports as part of your package? Also, have you been accessing this part of your account via the steps below?

    Login > Account Settings > Sky Device settings. You can delete any devices you no longer want to use and confirm or reset your Sky devices PIN here.
