Sky sports app via virgin tv app

I can’t access the sky sports app through my virgin tv app, I have already logged a complaint and they said OT should send me a link to reset my account as it using an old email address that I deleted as it got hacked, 5 days later still haven’t received anything to reset

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV GO login. 

    Have you created your VMO2 ID and been able to log in to My Virgin Media and other applications with that ID?
