I registered as new Virgin Media customer recently and have the TV sports package.
When I try to log into the Sky Sports app on my iPad using my VM credentials, I am asked to create a pin for Sky guidance read content. However, once I create a pin and click “continue” I keep getting a message saying “We can’t set your PIN up right now. Please try again later”.
Has anyone seen this or has any solutions? Is it a recent issue?
Hello - thanks for responding. I've tried this on various devices, as well as various browsers, but not been successful. I also don't have any VPNs.
Attached is a snip of the error message. To summarise, I get this error message after I enter my VM username and password on the Sky Sports app/website log in option with VM credentials. I get asked to create a pin, which for some reason cannot be created.
Any further suggestions/solutions?

Can you confirm if you're trying this via a browser on the device? If so, can you try by a different browser to see if the same error comes up? Also make sure any VPN's are temporarily disconnected when trying this process.

I've tried various devices (Macbook Pro, Windows Laptop) and different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). I also don't have any VPNs.
