We're sorry to hear you're having an issue logging in to the Sky Sports app. Usually, where the package is active, and logging in via the VM logo, it should give you the access that matches your subscription.
Can you please give a little more information on the error code and message that you're receiving? If possible, also provide a screenshot.
Do you have another device that you can check to see if the same things happens?
