Sky Sports App login fail on phone

I cannot watch sky sports app on my iPhone. I’m using my Virgin media login details to access, but it’s saying the login details are incorrect and I can’t go no further. This was working last month. Please advise?

    Are you currently able to sign in to your My Virgin Media account using exactly the same details? If not, have you tried making use of the "Forgot your email address?" and "Forgot your password?" links?
