Sky Sports App and new VMO2 ID

Evening. Impossible now to sign in to sky sports app via VM login, user name accepted but no further progress. Error code: IDF-12B quoted. Rang VM and agents said it appeared to be a problem that they were aware of but couldn’t say when it was going to be resolved. I would receive an email when that matter is sorted. Appalling really.

  • Any help would be greatly appreciated, just missed the Lions win had to listen on talkSPORT

      Thanks for reaching out to us chrisblez67 , and we're sorry to hear of the issue you have been experienced, which has been effecting multiple other customers also.

      I can see that this is something you have posted elsewhere which I've also responded to - please avoid duplicating posts as this can cause multiple responses/agents working on the same case and ultimately causing confusion down the line.

      Can you please confirm if you're able to access your My Virgin Media and TV Go applications with the login details you're using?

        Thank you for your reply. Logged out and then back in to TV go and it sent me a link via email to bypass my passkey and now logged in. Did the same on sky sports and appears to be working today but hadn’t done before. Thank you for your help 🙏
