Signed in eventually but now supposedly no signal

After faffing around getting to sign on again to TV Go over the last 2 weeks, there's no signal supposedly yet the WiFi elsewhere for everything else is fine. Is there still a glitch or something to deal with

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV GO login. Please don't take any offence but I do need to ask this question. Are you connected to your home WiFi network with the device that you're attempting to use TV GO on? Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing?
