Recording error on the app
When I’m on the app and try to record a show I get the error “your virgin tv box is offline” but it’s not offline. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I had the same issue on all my devices. The following has fixed my issue. In the app click on your profile (top left) click settings. Click account and profiles. At the very bottom is ’your account’ click ‘sign out’ then sign back in again.
